Terms of payment

The Carthusia online boutique accepts payments by credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and bank transfer. You can choose between these payment methods at the end of the ordering process. Carthusia has the right to modify, at any time, the payment methods available to Customers; it is understood that the payment methods available are those indicated in the online Boutique when the Customer places the order.

Credit cards

You can make payments on the Carthusia Online Boutique website using a credit card, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The purchase amount and any delivery costs will be charged to the Customer’s card, when the credit card details have been verified and when the company that issued the credit card has given the authorisation.

The credit card details entered during the ordering process are protected and transmitted to the bank responsible for the payments. Payment is made via a secure server (SSL), with a 128-bit encryption key. Through this secure system, your credit card details are transmitted directly to the competent banking authority, via a secure and encrypted connection. No one inside the Carthusia.it online boutique or on the Internet will have access to your credit card details, either during or after the purchase.

Carthusia (https://www.carthusia.it/) undertakes to provide secure online payment methods. That’s why we’ve added an extra layer of security for payments via Visa, MasterCard and American Express, which protects you from unauthorized use of your credit card. The “3-D Secure” technology includes the Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey programs.

When you have entered your credit card details on our online boutique, a new window from your credit institution will open asking you for your personal security code. The institute will authenticate the transaction in a few seconds and confirm that you are the person making the purchase.

If you have not yet registered with Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode or American Express SafeKey, you will need to activate this feature first. You can do it during the payment process or activate it in advance through the Visa, MasterCard or American Express websites. After registering, you can use the security code for all online transactions.

Apple pay

You can pay with Apple Pay, the new payment system for Apple devices. If your device is compatible with Apple Pay, just approve the payment via Touch ID, Face ID or, in the case of Apple Watch, by pressing the side button twice. The result of the operation will appear on the display of the iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch used.

Amazon pay

Amazon Pay is an online payment service offered to Amazon customers, which can be used during checkout without registering or logging in. Amazon Pay, in fact, uses the information and payment methods stored in the Amazon account, including the list of addresses. Transactions are safe and secure, and everything can be tracked directly from your Amazon account. The accepted payment methods are as follows: credit card, debit card, direct debit.

Bank transfer

To make the payment by bank transfer, first send an email to ordini@carthusia.com . You will receive an answer with the methods and details for making the transfer.
