Intenso di Nero continues the journey of the Intenso Collection, the project through which Carthusia gives leading interpreters of contemporary perfumery the freedom to explore new olfactory expressions of the brand through their own personal and creative vision. The collection is conceived as a space for the contemporary interpretation of the Carthusia universe.
With Intenso di Nero, this exploration ventures into a deeper, more textural dimension. Oud becomes the heart of a composition built on contrast: light and shadow, sweetness and intensity, sensuality and mystery.
Saffron, Cassis and Chocolate introduce the story with a bold and unexpected accord. At the heart, Rose, Spices and Woods expand the structure through floral and fruity nuances, before giving way to the depth of Oud.
In the base, Tonka Bean Absolute, Vanilla Absolute and Benzoin envelop the fragrance’s darker facets, softening them without diminishing their strength. The result is an intense, long-lasting and sophisticated composition that evolves on the skin, gradually revealing new facets.

Intenso di Nero explores the deepest and most magnetic side of the Intenso Collection. An enveloping composition built around contrasts of light and darkness, where fruits, spices, woods and gourmand notes converge around the richness of Oud.
The opening is bold and unexpected. Saffron introduces a precious, spicy tension, while Cassis brings a dark, fruity nuance. Chocolate completes the accord with an intense, textural note, creating a rich, deep and immediately distinctive opening.
At the heart, the composition becomes more complex and multifaceted. Rose meets Spices and Woods, while delicate floral and fruity accents weave through the structure, creating a balance between sensuality and depth. An intense, refined heart, rich in contrasts.
In the base, Oud reveals its full elegance. Its most precious facets intertwine with the sweetness of Tonka Bean Absolute, the sensuality of Vanilla Absolute and the resinous warmth of Benzoin. The fragrance settles on the skin, leaving a warm, velvety and lingering trail.
