Terms of delivery
The Carthusia online boutique offers a delivery service within three working days in Italy for any order placed before 12 noon on working days. Deliveries to islands and hard-to-reach locations are subject to different transit times and can take up to 4 working days.
Delivery costs
Shipping is free for all orders over 70 euro – Only for orders inside Italian Borders.
For purchases of less than 70 euro, shipping costs 12 euro – Only for orders inside Italian Borders.
For every other worldwide orders, shipping cost are related to carrier policy.
Order processing
Orders are processed from 8:30 to 12:00 CET, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Follow your order
The updated status of your order is always available in your account, in the “My Orders” section. To check the progress of your order, you can check its status, indicated next to each order number in the “My Orders” section. Once the package has been shipped, you can track the shipment by clicking on the tracking number available in the “My Orders” section of your account.
International Shipping – Duties, Taxes and Refused Deliveries
Shipments to non-EU countries (or any country subject to customs clearance) may be subject to customs duties, local taxes or import fees applied by the authorities of the destination country.
These possible charges are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs shown at checkoutand are entirely the responsibility of the recipient, even if they are communicated after the goods have arrived in the destination country.
In case of refusal of delivery by the recipient due to non-payment of such customs charges, the package will be returned to the sender. In this case, any return shipping costs, storage fees and customs charges incurred for the return of the goods will be deducted from any refund (if applicable) or otherwise charged to the customer.
If the total return and customs costs exceed the value of the goods, no refund will be issued.
